1. THE SCOPE OF OUR REAL ESTATE SERVICE

   
   

   Zest Consult Real Estate Services is in two parts:

   1. Acting as a Buyer’s Agent
   
   
   2. Acting as a Seller’s Agent
   
   
   

   AS A BUYER’S AGENT;

   
   
   1. We expose our prospective buyers to numerous properties that suit your needs and preferences.
   
   
   2. We assist our prospective buyers to make good choices of properties based on our understanding of your real needs and preferences.
   
   
   3. We assist in the price negotiation process on behalf of our prospective buyer.
   
   
   4. Together with our legal team, we ensure our prospective buyer obtains all relevant documents establishing your property ownership.
   
   
   5. We enlighten our prospective buyers on the investment opportunities in properties.





2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR A PROSPECTIVE BUYER

   
   
   1. We charge a registration fee of 500 cedis to take you around properties you want to inspect per day physically. However, a virtual inspection or tour of the property on our website, YouTube Channel, or social media platforms is free.
   
   
   2. We also charge a 5% agency commission for a property purchased through us.
   
   
   3. No refund is allowed as soon as money is paid to the Seller on the Buyer’s instruction.
